Specifi\u010dni \u010dezmejni cilj je kreirati in implementirati skupni \u010dezmejni sistem upravljanja in delitve resursov kreativnih podjetnikov za\u010detnikov v slab\u0161em polo\u017eaju s ciljem pove\u010dati njihovo globalno konkuren\u010dnost na slovensko-hrva\u0161kem in drugih tr\u017ei\u0161\u010dih EU, kar se bo doseglo z uresni\u010denjem naslednjih podciljev:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ozavestiti vrednosti sektorja in prikazati vrednosti sektorja kreativnih industrij<\/li>\n<li>Educirati in informirati ciljane skupine, kako pove\u010dati konkuren\u010dnost z upo\u0161tevanjem aktualnih znanstvenih in tehnolo\u0161kih trendov<\/li>\n<li>Zgraditi partnerstva skozi kreiranje skupne strategije razvoja sektorja kreativnih industrij v slovensko-hrva\u0161kem obmejnem podro\u010dju, pa tudi na tr\u017ei\u0161\u010dih EU<\/li>\n<li>Promovirati proizvode in storitve ciljanih skupin, pa tudi rezultate projekta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/creative-startup.org\/mwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/MAPA-Slovenija.pdf\">MAPA Slovenija<\/a> (1,1 MB)<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/creative-startup.org\/mwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/MAPA-Hrvatska.pdf\">MAPA Hrvatska<\/a> (1,7 BB)<\/p>\n<h2>Strategija za razvoj kreativnih industrij na \u010dezmejnem podro\u010dju<\/h2>\n<p>Kreativne in kulturne industrije (KKI) so en najhitreje rasto\u010dih sektorjev na svetu, z letnimi stopnjami rasti, ki zna\u0161ajo med 5 in 20 odstotkov (FORA, 2010). Zaradi svojega obsega in hitre rasti so v zadnjih dveh desetletjih KKI zbudile tudi veliko zanimanja med oblikovalci politik na nacionalnih, regionalnih in mednarodnih ravneh, in sicer tako pri tistih, ki se ukvarjajo z urbanim planiranjem, regionalnim razvojem, trgom dela, izobra\u017eevanjem kot v zadnjem \u010dasu tudi pri tistih, ki se ukvarjajo z inovacijskimi politikami (European Competitiveness Report, 2010). Rast KKI je podprta z ve\u010d trendi, ki delujejo v prid KKI (glej FORA, 2010; UNCTAD, 2010; European Competitiveness Report, 2010):<\/p>\n<p>1. Skraj\u0161evanje delovnega \u010dasa, izbolj\u0161anje izobrazbe ter rasto\u010di prihodki, so se odrazili v strmem nara\u0161\u010danju povpra\u0161evanja po proizvodih in storitvah, ki ponujajo unikatna do\u017eivetja, kar predstavlja veliko prilo\u017enost za kreativne industrije. Najbolj o\u010ditne koristi iz omenjenega trenda imajo podro\u010dja kot so film, glasba, uprizarjajo\u010de umetnosti ter proizvodi povezani z \u017eivljenjskim stilom.<\/p>\n<p>2. Razvoj novih tehnologij (posebej IKT inovacije), ki je imel zelo velik vpliv na mnogo podro\u010dij KKI ter je prispeval k hitri rasti predvsem programskih (software) in multimedijskih storitev. IKT in internet odpirajo nove mo\u017enosti za distribucijo, ponujajo potro\u0161nikom ve\u010d izbire ter omogo\u010dajo u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e proizvodne procese, hkrati pa so spro\u017eili proces korenitega prestrukturiranja tradicionalnega zalo\u017eni\u0161tva in medijev.<\/p>\n<p>3.
